Rental Rebates, Monthly Income & Dividends: Up to $1,702 in Direct Payments

From coast to coast, June 2025 is shaping up to be a major month for stimulus payments and economic relief programs.

Whether you're in Alaska, Sacramento, or Pennsylvania, new financial aid opportunities are rolling out to help ease the burden of inflation, rising housing costs, and everyday expenses.

Here’s your complete guide to what’s available—and how to qualify.

Alaska PFD: $1,702 Direct Payment Coming June 18

If you're an Alaska resident and applied for the Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) in 2024 (or earlier), your check is on the way!

Those listed as “Eligible – Not Paid” by June 11 will receive $1,702 on June 18.

  1. Check your status on myPFD
  2. Be cautious—getting a non-Alaska REAL ID may disqualify you from future dividends

This annual payout helps support thousands of Alaskans by sharing oil revenue profits directly with residents.

Sacramento’s Guaranteed Income Program Starts June 15

In Sacramento County, California, 200 lucky families are about to start receiving $725/month for one year under the Families First Economic Stability Pilot (FFESP).

  1. No work requirements or repayment needed
  2. Payments begin June 15, 2025
  3. Eligible: Families with children under 6, income ≤ 200% of the federal poverty level

Perks include financial coaching, free webinars, and access to support services.

Plus, these funds won’t affect CalWORKs, Medi-Cal, or CalFresh benefits.

Pennsylvania’s $1,000 Rental Rebate Program Is Open

If you live in Pennsylvania and paid rent or property taxes in 2024, you could qualify for a refund of up to $1,000 starting this summer.

Who’s eligible?

  • People 65+, widows/widowers 50+, and disabled individuals 18+

  • Annual income ≤ $46,520 (Social Security doesn’t count!)

  • Heirs may also apply if the deceased met all requirements

How much can you receive?

  • Up to $1,000 if you earned ≤ $8,270

  • Up to $770 if income is $8,271–$15,510

  • Additional rebates of $190–$500 for residents of Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Scranton

Deadline to apply: June 30, 2025

Requirement: Proof of income, rent/ownership documents, and the official application form

This tax refund aims to offset the sharp increase in housing costs and inflation, especially for vulnerable households.

The Bottom Line: Financial Relief Is Rolling Out—But You Need to Act

Whether it’s a guaranteed monthly payment in California, a $1,000 rental rebate in Pennsylvania, or Alaska’s annual dividend, June 2025 brings meaningful financial support for families across the U.S.

These initiatives reflect a growing commitment to economic stability, equity, and support for working families—don’t miss your chance to benefit.
